Internal English Learning Facilitator

EY (Ernst & Young), a leading multi-national firm in Assurance and Consulting, looks to integrate an Internal English Teacher for eight month contract, with a minimum of 3 years English teaching experience to adult learners in either English Institutes, Universities, or Companies onto their Talent Team.

Primary responsibilities:

-Teach English group classes to EY professionals (average 24 hours in the classroom on a weekly basis, depending on schedule rotation)
-Research both business and EY-specific material and topics
-Collaboratively plan and prepare materials from scratch tailored to EY needs
-Develop, proctor, and rate proficiency exams (written and oral)
-Maintain accurate student records for internal compliance purposes
-Participate in internal English events & initiatives

-Ability to collaborate with fellow teachers on joint tasks
-Be autonomous in carrying out individual assigned tasks
-Develop good interpersonal relationships
-Excellent time management & ability to meet deadlines
-Ability to take key elements from research & convert into a lesson
-Ability to learn about and hold discussions regarding industry-specific knowledge (i.e. finance, mining, taxes)
-Work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
